Free Technical Support
Customers purchasing new packages, add-on modules, or completing upgrades qualify for 90 days of free technical support (from date of purchase). This support is only available in English and only during standard business hours as operated in EST (Toronto) and GMT (London) time zones.
Windows O/S Support
CADlink products are only officially supported when running on Windows 10 or 11. Programs running on Windows 8 or older will be considered out of support. CADlink software is currently not compatible with MacOS.
Digital Product Delivery
All physical media products will be phased out by June 30, 2023. Please speak with your Regional Manager regarding activation code licenses and digital delivery options. Check out the videos below or review the ACTIVATION CODE FAQ for more information.
Site License/Cross-grade Policy
30% discount for all new purchases (Excluding upgrades). List price of qualifying product must exceed 950 USD/Euro/GBP.
