Fiery Communities

You’ll need to register on Communities and request access to submit a support case.

The process is quick and easy – we’ve prepared this article to guide you through the process.  This will allow us to provide you with the best possible support experience.

Technical Support:
Fiery LLC (CADlink) Technicians are ready to help you solve your technical problems. Please fill out the form including all required information, and a technician will get back to you promptly.

Hours of Operation:
Technical Support staff are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM (EST).

On-going Support:
Only current product versions (Digital Factory v11, SignLab v11, and EngraveLab v11)
are available for support via annual support contracts. Support cost is calculated at 25% of package MSRP.

Required Information:

  • Dongle (security device) number
  • Fiery LLC (CADlink) product being used (e.g., SignLab, EngraveLab etc.)
  • Version of the product
  • Operating system (Windows 11, 10)
  • Name of contact person
  • Email address
  • Phone number, including area code
  • A brief description of the problem including any error messages which occur, and what function was being performed, when that error message occurred

Additional information that may be useful to include:

  • Fax number
  • Company name
