CADlink would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a safe and healthy journey through this unprecedented time. Over the past 27 years, our company has never experienced such a dramatic, wide-spread global situation as this. It is certainly a challenging time for all of us, and we sincerely wish you nothing but the best as we all get through this together. We’d also like to take this time to share some important information with all of you.

ALL OF OUR SERVICES ARE 100% OPERATIONAL

We have taken all precautions necessary to protect our staff from exposure to the virus with most of them now working from home. Staff that need to be onsite are working in areas of our headquarters that are sufficiently isolated from one another.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

Our policy of processing orders within a 24 hour period remains in effect, courier delivery has remained unaffected to date with deliveries taking place next day to three days depending on location. We also offer e-delivery of most of our products; download with PIN activation.

CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our entire technical support team is available and all set to provide our customers with the timely support they are accustomed to. Our highly effective, remote-access support tools used to fix issues are unaffected by this situation.

DEALER SUPPORT

All worldwide regional sales managers as well as our inside sales support staff are available to assist you in any way. They will be reaching out to our reseller channel to determine what assistance may be provided for product promotion (customized emailers), online sales product training, etc.

DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS

The engineering team continues to develop new products and features, address any product issues that may occur and provide custom development services for all of our existing and upcoming third-party solution providers.
